Always back the horse named self-interest, son. It'll be the only one trying
This year’s edition 0f the $500 000 two-year old Protostar at Albion Park tonight is as wide open as outer space itself, with almost every horse in the race being a chance depending on how things unfold. Emma Stewart has 3 in the race and they have drawn 1-2-3, which goes to show that you […]
Tonight is the second and last round of the heats of ID26, and for some of the early fancies to win the pacing series it’s desperation stakes. The ridiculous bonus points system for the fastest final splits (see below) makes it somewhat difficult to predict with any certainty the final number of total points that […]
When I was at the Swan Hill carnival recently I watched a very good horse win. Cruiserweight is its name. It was having just its second lifetime start, and its first in Australia after having brained its rivals by 6 lengths back home at New Plymouth in New Zealand, when the horse was still called […]
Finally the $10 million Golden Eagle has been granted Group 1 status. It is about time and long overdue. This is a G1 race every day of the week, and has been since its inception. Just look at the winners of the race below, and note how the Golden Eagle attracts high class runners from […]
The TAB was on fire last night. They were giving punters their predictions for race 3 when it was actually race 4 about to jump, the Group 1 Falmouth Stakes. Good onya Gil. Your mob is flying.
Yeah good Harness Racing Australia. Nice try. Ever heard of a VPN? You won’t be blocking me boys and girls. There is more than one way to skin a cat. Consider yourself skinned.

Unknown race day bias notwithstanding, Dr Whiting is confident she has found us […]
Betmakers has altered its CEO Jake Henson’s employment agreement so that he has to be given 12 months notice or paid a year’s salary if they want to get rid of him. When the average Australian worker has a 2-4 week termination clause in their awards, it’s a damn good deal for Henson. One that […]
Betr are saying that they are moving their bookmaking license from the Northern Territory to Tasmania to “support the company’s objective of operating from a jurisdiction that aligns with its long-term strategic, governance and responsible gambling priorities”. If you believe it you’re as silly as a wheel, even sillier than the Betr spin doctors who […]
Hi Archie You think that Dream Light was a rort! If you want to buy a 10% share in the old trotter Voronov it will cost you $7800! https://www.offnracing.co.nz/product/208/voronov/ The Canary only paid 15k to buy the horse from Dr Luk Chin. Admittedly there are no training fees, but I assume this means because he’s […]
