There were three horses pre-race swabbed at the Rockhampton races yesterday. One in race 3. Price $19.00. And two in race 6. Prices $21.00 and $81.00. Gee that was a great use of scarce resources wasn’t it? A bit like wearing board shorts and a singlet in the snow.
