Always back the horse named self-interest, son. It'll be the only one trying
Story by Adam Dobbin: Greyhound Recorder Connections of budding superstar Organised Crime have been forced into an extraordinary name change ahead of the star prospect’s maiden Group 1 tilt at The Meadows on Saturday night. The gifted son of Bernardo has created a huge impression in his first nine starts, winning the Group 2 Horsham […]
Dear GRV Consistent with your decision to order a name change for the greyhound Organised Crime, on the basis that the name was “controversial or prejudicial to the image or interests of the greyhound racing industry”, I wish to lay a complaint about the name of that greyhound’s sire Bernardo on the same grounds, and […]
Victorian Animal Justice Party MP Georgie Purcell is nothing if not a show boater and shameless self promoter, as she proved by wearing this dramatically styled dress to her federal parliamentarian boyfriend’s midwinter political ball. It is hardly appropriate though is it? The ball is supposed to be a non-partisan social event where ideology is […]

More dogs are getting hurt and/or dying at the custom designed ‘safe’ circuits than were ever injured at Albion Park or Ipswich or any […]
As most people know the NZ Government, under pressure from the Greens, animal activists and shifting public sentiment, has made the decision to shut down greyhound racing in the Shakey Isles. That is all well and good, but as we have repeatedly pointed out it leaves the problem of rehoming 1700 dogs with no-one wiling […]
