Jockey Jason Huxtable appears in Cairns Court today for a further mention of his charge under section 227A of the Queensland Criminal Code of recording am intimate act in breach of the alleged victim’s privacy. Huxtable remains on bail with conditions including that he not ride at or attend race meetings north of Rockhampton.
