Always back the horse named self-interest, son. It'll be the only one trying
Is there a harness racing fan in the Southern Hemisphere who isn’t looking forward to the three-headed clash between Ride High, Lochinvar Art and Self-Assured? Oh man, how good is this going to be? The three best pacers of their generation – perhaps the greatest generation ever – going e mano a mano in a […]

Having a camera truck blocking the vision of the race was not the greatest start to Moonee Valley’s biggest day of the year. Give yourselves an uppercut racing.com. Not all of us started the day so badly though. A glass of $19 Semillion anyone?
Put an English galloper named SAREEHA into your black book. The next time it appears in the UK – which I suspect will be in 3-6 weeks, and in a race over a distance of between 1300m and 1600m – back it with extreme confidence, and load up. Just make sure that you back it […]

For near on 2 years I have been telling you and anyone else who will listen that the Kiwi pacer Copy That is a superstar. After his win in the Wondai’s Mate at the Creek last night I won’t need to say it anymore. You saw it as well as I did. (If you didn’t […]
Well sportsfans, it seems that poor old Billy Moore is deathly afraid of sharks, which is probably why he never played for Cronulla. What the hell is wrong with the so-called Origin hard man though? My mate Bunger Johnson who trained Flashing Red to win a million Group 1’s is about 103 years old, and […]
Denise, John and Peter Coates, the family behind online betting and gaming operator bet365, have secured their position on the Sunday Times Rich List, standing at 17th out of 250. The trio recorded a total net worth of £4.4 billion in 2021, up by £1.3 billion when compared to their 2020 net worth. Collectively, the Coates family own 93.3% of […]
