Why Have Rules? All They Do Is Get in the Way of a Good Injection

On the 19th of July last year some Stewards from Harness Racing Victoria made a surprise visit to the stables of trainer Rhys Nicholson. There they found an unregistered performance enhancing injectable solution named Bio Bleeder (see story below).
