This may not be the reason it is happening, but back when my mate was the harness racing bookmaker at the NZ TAB he told me a story about how the gallops guys at the TAB used to copy and past the Bet 365 odds (they were the first ones up back then), and how the guys at Bet 365 got pissed off that they were copying their odds.
