Report of HRV Rule Breach to ORIC and IBAC

As a reformed offender who now deeply appreciated the value and worth of the law, and as a now good citizen, I feel – and am – obliged to report breaches of rules and laws to the relevant authorities when these breaches are performed by the people who make such laws.
