Luke Duggan, a Toowoomba based businessman and representative football coach who holds a Bachelor of Business/Commerce degree, has lost his appeal a suspension imposed by QRIC Stewards ahead of the hearing of a charge of following to fail a Stewards direction to hand over his phone.
