EPO – How Far Does It Go?

There is interesting mail out of Tasmania that disqualified harness racing participant Mark Reggett’s appeal last week against his 5 year disqualification for EPO was disrupted by the unexpected – by Reggett anyway – appearance of 5 police to meet him at the appeal room door.
