Always back the horse named self-interest, son. It'll be the only one trying
Story by Dirk From Dandenong What a great night’s racing. The Miracle Mile is the kind of race that is attracting “non” harness fans. Thats not hard to understand why of course. Anyone who has turned a tv on and got a glimpse of Leap To Fame cannot help but be drawn into his amazing […]
Email Address seoclark2024@gmail.com Comment or Message Hi, I hope you’re having a great week. I wanted to explore a potential SEO collaboration. I can offer links to peterprofit.com from 5 well-maintained local business websites (DR30+), with no fees involved. In exchange, I’d appreciate links to 5 different of my client sites from your side — a balanced, […]
First things first. I throw my dream Miracle Mile field 6 weeks out and throw in a couple of fantasies (Keayang Zahara and Marketplace) that I know won’t start, because its a dream and its mine, and dreams are free. I accurately predict 5 out of the 8 that make it, and the only one […]
I am shocked Archie, that after all your years as a crazed left-wing cleaner’s union official hanging out with socialist Premiers and Prime Ministers and such, you of all people would go on to leave Queensland’s next star pacer and working class hero The Janitor out of your dream Miracle Mile field. You’re an absolute […]
Just for fun I dreamed up the ideal field for this year’s Miracle Mile. It won’t quite happen I am sure, especially the champion trotter Keayang Zahara taking on the topline pacers, or the freak Kiwi 4YO’s Marketplace and Got The Chocolates, lining up here, but wouldn’t it make for a great race? One for […]

This bloke – name Ross Stevenson – is apparently some sort of minor radio celebrity in Melbourne, if you can call anyone who broadcasts on AM radio in the 21st century worthy of note. We call them dinosaurs up here in QLD, especially right-wing shock jock types like him. He probably votes One Nation too. […]
See who bought this yearling at the Magic Millions sale? Rachel Shred. Isn’t she a jockey? I didn’t think jockeys were allowed to own thoroughbred racehorses. In fact I am sure they are not. The rules say they must be disqualified for a minimum of 2 years if they do. AR 116 Jockeys and apprentice […]
Good morning Mr Butterfly, My attention has been brought to an article that you have published regarding HELIKEDEMPRETTY (Vicky). You are more than welcome to your own opinion of my horse, however Vicky has never had a warning or embargo for her racing manners (pre race behaviour yes). Granted, she is a cantankerous old mule […]
QRIC Deputy Commissioner Kim Kelly has been in touch to clarify the situation with the wrong numbers being posted on the Racing Queensland and Racing Australia websites for the last race at Doomben yesterday, and we thank him for doing so. This is D/C Kelly’s advice below. —————————————- Stewards notified correct weight on the placings […]
