Albany Turf Club Boss Charged With Fraud

As we foreshadowed in our Tips and Rumors column yesterday, the General Manager of the Albany Turf Club Mark Bayliss (pictured) has been charged by police with gaining a benefit by fraud and attempting to gain a benefit for another by fraud.
