Yes, They Were the Same Jeff McKay

We have been able to confirm that Jeff McKay the trackwork rider who was suspended for 9 months for lodging fraudulent medical clearances for the past 3 years is one and the same as the Jeff McKay who at the time of his fraudulent rule breaking was employed by Racing Queensland as an Industry Educator working with apprentices teaching them, among other things, how to conduct themselves properly.
