Woodend Beach Trainer Pleads Guilty to West Coast Trots Assault

Matthew Charles Purvis, of Woodend Beach, pleaded guilty in the Greymouth Court last week to one count of common assault relating to the incident in the club room toilets at a West Coast trot meeting that left the victim, a fellow licensee, suffering serious injuries.
