Dirt, Fraud, Jail, Uncle Duck’s Pub, and Mirrors – Wayne Francis Innes Should Be Warned Off Every Race Track in the World

Did you see that horse that won the 3rd race at Doomben on Wednesday, the Maiden?

Belvedere Boys was it’s name, trained by Matthew Dunn.

The names at the top are of the horse’s owners.

WF Innes is Wayne Francis Innes.

Mirrors to his mates.

Not that he’s got any other this idiot clown called Neville ‘No Mates’ Brownlow, who turns rubbish into shit for a living.

Wayne Francis Innes is a fraudster and a thief.

That is not me telling you. it’s the courts who keep sentencing to do time in the can.

Innes only got out of jail the last time a couple of years ago.

He would have done a whole lot more time than the year he copped, if it weren’t for the fact that every time he gets caught he rolls over and dogs his co-offenders, often by wearing wires under indemnity and taping them doing dirty deals with him, just like he did at the NSW Wood Royal Commission into Police Corruption 30 years ago, and just like he did not that long back when he sent a whole lot of people from Ipswich Council to jail, including the Mayor, the CEO, the CEO’s wife – nice bloke Mirrors – and a couple of Senior Managers that he’d bribed to Her Majesty’s Palace, at her pleasure.

Yeah, he is a grubby low down mongrel is our Wayne.

What’s that got to do with racing you ask?

This.

One of the things that Wayne Innes was sent to jail for was ripping off Racing QLD for hundreds of thousands of dollars, and probably a whole lot more.

Mirrors was bribing the RQ procurement manager Bill Shuck to slip him the prices on tenders for big jobs like the earthmoving on the Eagle Farm reconstruction, and slipping in lower quotes based on fairytale figures, for he never had any intention of paying his workers properly, and had no plans to dump the huge amounts of dirt and rock that he dug up lawfully either.

That’s what the whole Ipswich Council fraud was about.

Innes hired a poor suckers to dig out the base for the infield stables at Eagle Farm using equipment that he’d conned others into renting him on a cash behind basis, and then deliberately sent the company that he ran bankrupt as part of his forward planned fraud, meaning that none of them got paid.

Wayno wanted to get paid though, so before he tipped the company over the brink he bribed the Ipswich Council boys to let him dump all the dirt from Eagle Farm into big holes at Ipswich, paying a token fee of about a 10th of what he had falsely quoted Racing Queensland to do it.

When he went state witness the coppers dropped those charges and only hit him up with an attempted fraud racing, even though the whole Police Service and the DPP knew they had him bang to rights.

That’s plea deals done with dogs for you.

Wayne Francis Innes should have been warned off every race track for life after that.

This grub brings racing into deep disrepute,

But here he is on Wednesday at Doomben, cheering home a winner that the innocents in the office at Racing Queensland have allowed him to register and own.

Well they ain’t gunna be innocents anymore, because this prick wore a wire on me too, and he threatened my health and my family.

Quite unsuccessfully I must say, because some of us have more ticker than copper’s dogs.

Every good deed deserves one in return though, and dastardly deeds deserve two.

Did I ever tell you that my uncle Duck Anderson owned the Belvedere, back when it was still the Redcliffe pub?

The Seabrae was its name.

We used to go there every Sunday to visit when I was a little kid.

I was a Belvedere Boy back long before I could have a beer.

Innes has not only stolen our racing money, he’s tried to pinch my history too.

May be an image of 1 person and text that says "8 SEABRAE SEABRAE"

Who’s surprised?

Flies flies, mozzies bite, and shit stinks.

What else would you expect the life-long con-man, fraudster and thief Mirrors to do?

But it’s all over now baby blue.

Watch this space.
