And Therein Lies the Answer to All the TAB’s Woes

9 out of every 10 dollars bet on racing or sports is wagered online.

Ninety percent of all bets, and rising.

The TAB has the worst online offering of any major bookmaker or betting outlet.

It’s website is so clunky and and slow that you can only describe it as terrible.

It is unwieldly, cluttered and just plain crap.

That anyone still has to wait for correct weight to get paid in the third decade of the 21st century is simply incredible.

Incredibly bad.

Wouldn’t you think Tabcorp would have worked out by now that the quicker you pay the punters, the quicker they reinvest? It’s not exactly rocket science is it?

You pay me, I punt.

I punt, you get a guaranteed 20 percent commission overall.

Don’t they want it?

Obviously not.

There is no protest payout, no backup option, no bet back, no price boost, nothing.

All you get is one Lock a day which is a joke, and a single multiplier that despite all it’s promises never seems to give you more than the price multiplied by 1.08%, and not very often at that.

Withdrawals take a day, deposits are painful, and placing bets online is akin to cutting yourself with a blunt knife.

It is atrocious, and the fools that are running the company just don’t care.

The sooner this company is sold and liquidated the better.

Punters deserve more, and they have walked with their feet.

Anyone who still bets with the TAB is a mug.
