Thursday’s spectacular night of racing at Albion Park should have been the week’s headline act yet NSW’s Racing Appeals Tribunal stole the show on Tuesday regarding a decision on Andrew Bell’s 16 months disqualification which dates back to a Dapto 297m event in December 2021.
