A Letter From Sally, the Hard Working Secretary of the Towers Jockey Club

A couple of days ago we wrote an article in which we were critical of the Towers Jockey Club (TJC) about what we (seemingly wrongly) believed was their failure to fix the race track in the town in time to hold its scheduled race meeting in the first week in March.
