Dual Acceptors – Enforcement of deadline time & rule for Feature races…

ATA has addressed the issue again with RQ/QRIC – horses that dual accept and at least one of the races is a Feature (any race $75k or more), trainers have until 5pm on accept day to remove the horse from the Feature race otherwise it MUST run in the feature (even if an emergency in either/both race).
