QRIC Chief Steward Josh Adams can hardly claim impartiality when he regularly chairs panels with his brother-in-law William Wain. Wain, who commenced working for QRIC in July last year, was employed as a CAT Steward, whose prime responsibility is conducting compliance inspections in stables on and around race-day.
