No Fuel Subsidies – But NSW Harness Owners Slugged an Extra 1%

At a time when progressive principal racing authorities such as Racing NWSW are implementing measures like travel subsidies to financially assist industry participants during this crazy time of war and rising fuel prices pushing costs through the roof, Harness Racing NSW has taken the opposite approach and slugged owners with an extra tax.
