It is quite amazing that the imported head of the QLD Racing Review Matthew McGrath still stands by his two key recommendations that the Government knocked back, a reduction in the Point Of Consumption Tax (POCT) rate from 20% to 15%, and relocating the trots to the Doomben infield.
