Emily Lang Kicks off Her Career With a Bang

21-year-old apprentice jockey Emily Lang has been riding for just 2 days.

Saturday at Nanango was day one.

Emily rode a winner at her 3rd ever start.

She rode two placings from her six rides too, giving her a strike rate of 16% the win and 50% the place.

B-b-b-baby you hadn’t seen nothing yet.

Yesterday at Warwick was day two.

The kid rode 5 from 5.

Her winning strike rate is 67% now.

Wow!

A lot of jockeys go a lifetime without every riding 5 winners on a card.

This young gun has done it within 30 hours of making her race track debut.

Sounds like J-Mac or Frankie Dettori doesn’t it, only it took them while to bag 5 at one meeting.

Congratulations Emily.

The future is yours.
