Despicable Conduct by a Despicable Little Man – Ban the Bastard For Life

The QRIC has just posted full details of the reason that jockey Paul Randall had been disqualified for 18 months, and I have to say that what this senior rider did was despicable, and that he should he should have been warned off for life.
