I Must Admit, I Find Kim Kelly’s Reasons for Resigning from the QRIC Confusing

I have the greatest of respect for the departing QRIC Deputy Commissioner Kim Kelly, both as a Steward and as a person, and strongly believe that he has done an excellent job in his role.
