49 Years Later When All the Criminals are Dead, the Truth Slowly Starts to Unfold

I told you so didn’t I?

Stupid me, look what happened after that.

The one thing that no-one has told you is that Barbara McCulkin had turned police informant about her husband and others involvement in the Whiskey Au Go Go fire.

The poor, silly woman who had discovered that her husband had been sexually abusing her children had secretly met with senior NSW detectives in the months leading up to her death and telling them all, in the mistaken belief that they were straight, and could be trusted.

She was wrong.

The detectives she spilled her guts to were friends and criminal collaborators with corrupt detective Roger Rogerson, who was up to his neck in Whiskey.

One of them later became a very prominent citizen in QLD, after he retired from the police force.

Her big mouth got Barbara McCulkin and her kids killed.

Remember what happened to Carl Williams, and why?

The more things change, the more they stay the same
