You Would Think a Geebung Girl Would Know Better

It’s a toasted sandwich, but it’s more than that isn’t it? You can keep your cheese on toast and toasted sandwiches pressed as thin as an $8 note. Those are not jaffles, and they never will be.

Mel Buttle is from Geebung, just around the corner from me, but on the wrong side of the street.

You would think she’s know a jaffle from a toasted sanger wouldn’t you, especially when she holds herself out as an expert.

Look at this southside crap at the top claiming to be one of ours.

That ain’t a jaffle lady.

You are riding the wrong train.

Don’t get off at Zillmere, whatever you do.

These are jaffles Mel.

Eat them and weep.
