Punt City is one of those old St Leger style eye picking bookmaking operations that’s business model is sucking mugs into taking huge unders because no-one else will let them on, and then if the mug happens once in a blue moon to have a win delaying their payout until they either give up chasing, or until the next sucker comes along.
