There are about 4500 patched bikies in the country and a number of them own racehorses, the training fees they are paying could come from (proceeds of) illicit drugs or extortion. But racing doesn’t know that until they (the bikies) have been convicted of something. Racing must do better with the due diligence of (racehorse) ownership in this country. It must do more about who owns the horses.
