In the course of writing my previous story that was highly critical of the Rockhampton Jockey Club gifting an alcoholic who was convicted of killing a woman while driving blind drunk, and who had a history of becoming violently aggressive when intoxicated (did I mention that?) a bottle of wine to celebrate his arrival by road from Victoria to Rockhampton, I stumbled across another story.
