The last time we heard of Darwin jockey Raymond Vigar he was being sentenced to a 12 month suspended sentence after pleading guilty to four counts of offending against a woman, including two assaults that the judge said left the thug’s victim with extreme psychological issues. The judge found that the the jockey had no insight into his offending and showed no remorse, which is judicial code for this prick has no empathy at all for his victim, and thus is a huge risk of doing it again, either to that woman or someone else.
