Former Hall of Fame greyhound trainer Ron Ball has lost his appeal against the QRIC’s refusal to relicense him after serving a 10-year disqualification for using an animal for a purpose connected with greyhound racing in a manner which is improper, such action commonly referred to as live baiting.
