Disgraced trot trainer Greg Bennett has lost again in his latest of a long string of attempts to regain his license, with the NSW Racing Appeals Tribunal last month ruling that it has no jurisdiction to hear his attempt to appeal Harness Racing NSW’s refusal to hear his application to be relicensed, leaving him nowhere else to go.
