It has come to the attention of the publishers of peterprofit.com that many hundreds, if not thousands, of people are infringing the copyright of peterprofit.com by unlawfully sharing and reading the content on this subscription only website.
This is theft.
The publisher and their team (including this author) spend huge amounts of time and effort producing the stories published on this site. This includes over 100 hours of time each spent each week on research, client service, discussions with sources, travel, IT, and dealing with administrative issues time, on top of the actual writing of the stories.
Our publishers patience is at an end.
A leading NSW based investigation forensic investigation agency has been engaged to identify those who are participating in this unlawful activity, and private prosecutions in the civil jurisdiction, and – where deemed appropriate – referrals to police or other agencies will be made.
Please accept this is as notice that these practices will no longer be tolerated, and remedies will be actively and vigorously pursued.
An amnesty period of five working days is offered to any person who has been involved in the unlawful dissemination of the stories or information on peterprofit.com, and elects to subscribe to the website and pay for access moving forward.
This amnesty is applicable for all subscriptions made prior to 15 July 2022.
Should any person who is identified by our investigative consultants as having received and/or disseminated material from this site not have purchased a subscription by this date, the publisher will be instructing our solicitors to purse the appropriate remedies.
