Luke Tarrant Calls the Stewards Liars – And Wishes Us a Spike in the Head

Disqualified jockey Luke Tarrant has posted on social media denying that he either failed to make submissions to a Stewards Inquiry into the legitimacy of his Health Assessment Reports or make a plea on charges laid against him as stated by the QRIC Stewards.
