As we have learned from the experiences over the ditch at Wagga and in Queensland, it takes at least two years to build a new harness racing track and training facility, so now that the Auckland Trotting Club has received the down payment from the Chinese property developer for its training complex at Franklin Park, Pukekohe, what’s their plan?
