It has come to our attention that despite the rape and sexual assault charges laid against stood down former Albion Park CEO coming to broad public attention, the Brisbane race caller David Fowler continues his long standing tradition of dining at a well known Hamilton restaurant with the man accused of these heinous acts each Tuesday evening.
