The Auckland Trotting Club’s (ATC) long-running dispute with its former TAB Manager Graham Payne has come to an end, for now anyway, after the club lost its appeal seeking to overturn an earlier judgement that it had to honor its contract with the long-serving employee and pay him the estimated $500 000 it owes him in unpaid commissions owing under his written contract of employment.
