Tonkin Stewart Racing are Rather Popular With the Stewards Right Now

Reports out of Victoria are that the HRV Integrity Team spent much of last week – at least 4 days – camped out at the Tonnkin/Stewart stables, and are planning on doing the same again this week in the lead up to Super Saturday at Melton.

It is said that there may be a swab with a plus sign on it sitting in the fridge, and that it might just have come from a horse trained out Ballarat way.

Whether this is true or not we cannot say, but gee the rumour is strong.

The mail is that certain other leading stables might have been the subject of rather intense scrutiny too.

Something is happening, but we don’t know what it is.

Do we, Mister Jones.

There is one thing that we do know though.

It was a damn funny night at Melton last Saturday.

I wonder why?
