The Auckland Trotting Club continues to throw its ‘recover’ – if that’s the right word, which I doubt – its members good money after bad in its mad quest to extract compensation and damages from the Directors of its sacked contractor Canam Constructions Ltd (CCL), a company that has long been in liquidation and doesn’t have a bean to its name.
