Harness Racing NZ’s chief executive Mauro Barsi – the man formerly at the helm of Alexandra Park during the redevelopment debacle – has announced that the organisation’s General Manager of racing, marketing and communications Catherine McDonald has stepped down from her position and will be leaving in a fortnight.
